1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of Sanitarium Health Food Company and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4. Only one entry permitted per person.
5. To be eligible to enter, individuals must put their name, address, daytime telephone number and include their answer to the following question in 25 words or less 'Why does your office need some Bliss?' on the back of an envelope and send it to the following address during the promotional period;

6. Promotion commences Thursday 1 February 2007. Entries close last mail received on Friday 16 February 2007. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on literary and creative merit of the answer provided to the question. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and their name will be published on www.sogood.sanitarium.com.au on Tuesday 20 February 2007. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. The best valid entry as determined by the judges, will win a chilled tub of So Good Bliss ice cream containing 20 ice cream samples delivered to their workplace valued at $32.70.
8. Once the winner has been notified they must contact Crossman Communications by Monday 5 March 2007 to claim their prize. Should the winner not contact Crossman Communications by that date it will be assumed without further notice that the winner wishes to forfeit their entitlement and the prize will be allocated to the next best entry as determined by the judges.
9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
11. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
12. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of the prize.
13. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages.
