HOW TO CLAIM
1. Purchase any Sanitarium 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L' or Sanitarium 'So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert' between 26/03/2007 and 22/04/2007 from any supermarket in Australia;
2. Fully complete the official promotional claim form (available from the product display in store, or at www.sogoodbliss.com.au);
3. Enclose a photocopy of your purchase receipt for your qualifying 'So Good Bliss' product(s) and your completed promotional claim form in a stamped envelope and send your claim to: "So Good Bliss Try Me Free Offer" Locked Bag 7, Central Coast Mail Centre, NSW 2252, so that it is received by last mail on 29/4/2007. Postage is your responsibility.
A maximum of 4 x 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L' claims and 4 x 'So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert' claims permitted per household. Multiple claims may be sent in the same envelope.
All valid 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L' claims received during the offer period will receive AUD$3 cash back. All valid 'So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert' claims received during the offer period will receive AUD$6 cash back.
All purchase receipt(s) used to claim under this offer must clearly specify the product purchased and a purchase date between the period 26/03/2007 and 22/04/2007.
Each qualifying product purchased is eligible for one 'cashback' only. You must retain your original product barcode(s) for all claim(s) as proof of purchase.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on How to Claim and entitlements form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms of Conditions.
2. Offer is open to residents of Australia. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its related companies, participating supermarkets and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
3. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and to disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process or who submits a claim that is not in accordance with these Terms of Conditions.
4. Product purchases must be made between 26/03/2007 and 22/04/2007 to be eligible for this offer and all purchase receipt(s) used to claim under this offer must clearly specify the product purchased and a purchase date between this period. Claims close last mail received on 29/04/2007.
5. This offer is only applicable for purchases of Sanitarium 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L' and 'Sanitarium So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert'.
6. Maximum limit of four (4) x 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L' claims and four (4) x 'So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert' claims permitted per household.
7. Each qualifying product purchased is eligible for one 'cashback' only. Claimants must retain original product barcode(s) for all claim(s) as proof of purchase.
8. The cost of postage to send the claim is the claimant's responsibility.
9. Subject to clause 6, multiple claims may be submitted in the same envelope. Each envelope must contain at least one claim form. An additional claim form must be completed and enclosed in the envelope if the claimant is submitting cash back claims for more than 4 products in the one envelope.
10. All valid 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L' claims received during the offer period will receive AUD$3 cash back. All valid 'So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert' claims received during the offer period will receive AUD$6 cash back. Allow 28 days for delivery.
11. The cash back amount is based on the recommended retail price of $2.61 for 'So Good Bliss Flavoured Soymilk 1L'; and the recommended retail price of $5.45 for 'Sanitarium So Good Bliss Frozen Dessert'. The Promoter accepts no responsibility where the retail price of the promotional product exceeds $3 or $6 respectively, as the case may be.
12. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. Unless expressly stated within these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses become the responsibility of the claimant.
14. Promotional claim forms, product barcodes and photocopied store purchase receipts are void if stolen, forged, damaged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
15. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the entitlements, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. The Promoter is not responsible for any postal issues associated with redemption of claims. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late or misdirected mail, including any mail sent by the claimant to redeem a cash back, and mail sent from the Promoter to the claimant.
17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from claiming any entitlement. Independent financial advice should be sought by claimants.
18. All claims remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects claimants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. Claimants' information may also be disclosed to other companies for the purpose of conducting the offer. If the information requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the offer. By claiming under the offer, unless otherwise advised, each claimant also agrees that the Promoter may use this information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the claimant, including sending the claimant electronic messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
